OGDEN, Utah – Officials announced the upcoming Ogden Pioneer Days Celebration and Rodeo have been canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It’s the latest of many events to be postponed or canceled in the state, including some of Utah’s biggest annual events, such as the Stadium of Fire and the Days of ’47 Parade.
“Since 1934, Ogden Pioneer Days Celebration and Rodeo have been held to commemorate our statehood as well as honor those who sacrificed so much to establish our beloved communities here in the Intermountain West,” according to a statement from the city. Read More...
