Eliza J. Levandoski Car Accident; 16 Year Old Boy, Eliza J. Levandoski Passes In a Fatal Accident
The fatal accident that happened on Saturday near Ellsworth has an official victim named by McLean County Coroner Dr. Kathy Yoder. The 16-year-old girl who perished in the accident was Eliza J. Levandoski, who was from Arrowsmith, Illinois.
Levandoski was declared dead at the crash scene, which is situated at 2850 East at 1200 North Road in Ellsworth, according to the reports. According to the autopsy’s preliminary results, she tragically died from serious head injuries sustained in an automobile-semi-truck and trailer collision. According to the allegations, she was wearing a seatbelt and driving the car when it crashed. Toxicology tests are still pending to identify any other variables, though.
